There is a stigma attached to "failure" in our society. This perspective has a profound impact on our minds.Failure is not permanent; this feeling is very temporary. In fact, "failures are the stepping stones to success."

Some students set preconceived goals and standards in their minds.To achieve these goals, they strive hard, which is a good thing! But, when you are not able to meet the set goal, there is a chance of you going spiral. The frustration creeps in and often questions the self-worth.

 One must not ponder on failures for a long time. The hard truth is there is no guarantee that all our endeavours will be successful in life. There are umpteen up and downs in life, which are unavoidable, failures should make you strong-minded. Hence, the fear of failure should open up new horizons, instead of dooming you.

As students, it's unavoidable to undergoacademic stress from time to time. So, going with the flow and making mistakes need to be part of your academic life. Mistakes should be encouraged reasonably. If you don't make mistakes, there no scope to learn and grow.

If you are in a state of disbelief, it's better to follow these tips: -

v  Accept your mistakes and embrace them: -Failure is often accompanied by strong feelings like anxiety, anger, and embarrassment. When you feel these emotions, it's natural to feel disheartened and low. Therefore, there is a high chance of going into depression. There is another way to look at this whole scenario. Allowing yourself to feel embarrassed, will make your mind lite and shall lift your spirits immediately. There is no thumb rule for success in life, letting yourself feel bad, is always a good thing.

v  Adopt a healthy lifestyle and excellent coping skills: - Embracing healthy eating and sleeping habits will keep your mind and soul happy. Exercising every day will increase the concentration level; this practice will help you to stay focus. Communicating with friends, taking short breaks living life to fullest are few necessary coping skills you need to adapt. There is a thin line between a healthy and unhealthy approach to life; struggling with bad habits will doom your future more then you expect.

v  The realistic approach to life: -You must have a firm conviction, mind, and zeal to handle failure. Learn from failures, challenge, and raise through failures. Having a realistic approach to life is very important. Living in reality, understanding you're constrains will help you to stay grounded in life. Always remember that many successful people fail in life regularly, they might get business loss, get rejected from an investor, etc.

v  Have a plan: Planning is vital to know where your heading. Planning will boost your confidence. Therefore, maintaining a dairy stating points like what you want to do in the future, where do you want to work. What are the new subjects you want to learn will help you to stay focus? Having personal goals are equally important. Personal goals and wish lists will keep you motivated, therefore, having a positive outlook for today and tomorrow will put you in the right direction.
